PRINT TO ORDER AND EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS

Rockpool works on a 'print to order' basis. Orders will be printed in house, processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. All of the prints used on Rockpool products are made with chemical-free, water based inks. Items with embroidered designs such as caps, beanies, bags and changing robes, are kept in stock at minimum quantities and will be shipped immediately (unless they are part of an order including 'print to order' items where all items will be shipped when the whole order is complete). 

The aim is to run as near as possible to a zero-waste company. Nothing will be printed unless ordered.

As a brand, it is important to be able to test new ideas. As all logos and designs are created and printed in house, this gives Rockpool a huge amount of freedom and flexibility to introduce new designs and styles at any time throughout the seasons.

Size guides are on each individual product page so please be sure to check these before ordering as sizes do vary between products. If the size you require isn't an option on the particular item that you would like, please get in touch via info@rockpoolclothing.com and we should be able to come up with a solution or an alternative suggestion,


WASH GUIDES AND INSTRUCTIONS

All products will have their own individual wash care instructions. Please follow the specific guidelines to ensure the life and quality of the product.


WASH RECOMMENDATIONS

Wash on a low heat 30C
Wash with similar colours
Do not tumble-dry
Iron on a low heat
Iron inside out
Do not iron print
