All products are shipped using eco-friendly mailers.

UK SHIPPING

 

All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. 

(excluding weekends & Bank Holidays).

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. If there are any delays you will contacted and notified.

UK shipping - £4.35

UK shipping on all orders over £60 - FREE
 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
(excluding weekends & Bank Holidays)

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. If there are any delays you will contacted and notified.

Europe All Zones - £10

Europe All Zones on all orders over £120 - FREE

World All Zones - £15

World All Zones on all orders over £150 - FREE


Rockpool Clothing is not responsible for any additoinal fees, taxes or custom charges applied to orders. International customers are responsible for paying all costs incurred. These are not included in the delivery charges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS


We hope that you are happy with the item(s) you have purchased from Rockpool Clothing. If you have any issues please get in touch.

On the condition that the item(s) are unused, in the same state as when shipped, have the
original tags still attached, and are in the original packaging the item was shipped to you in, then a refund or exchange will be given.

You have 30
 days from the arrival of your order for a return/refund/exchange to be raised. If you do not make contact prior to returning the item(s) then the return will not be accepted.

Rockpool does not cover the cost of returning an item, this is the responsibilty of the customer, unless an incorrect item has been sent.


Unfortunately, sale items are non returnable.
 

If you wish to make an exchange, please raise a request and return the item(s) and once we have accepted the return, a replacement item will be shipped accordingly as in the shipping policy.

If you have requested a refund, once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will confirm with you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
